I did a press release about ZiReport and sent it out to IT News and BizCommunity.com.
If you have an online venture, you’ll find it worth your while to do regular press releases and send them out to different publications and online services. It’s free marketing and it will reach some people you would have never heard of your site.
You may get no response on many of them, but the one that says yes will make the effort worth it. Remember, you want to build solid long term relationships that will pay off in the long run. So one good connection is a good start.
I’m currently on the hunt for more online PR services and will let you know when I find some good ones.
